Freeman is committed to a goal of zero waste. Waste can be anything - resources, energy, time, and money - and there are steps that you can take to help this event reduce waste and be more sustainable.

• Freeman and show management are conducting a post-show donation program on this event.

• Donations of furniture, product, and building materials will go to local charities to help members of the community who are in need.

• When talking to customers, listen for indications that they will be discarding their booth at the end of the event.

• If exhibitors have questions, they can pick up more information from their Concierge, from the Freeman service desk, or from (name of event AE or donation program lead).

• It's important that exhibitors participating in this program fill out and sign a donation form and label their donations.

• If you see furniture or other donate-able items that look to have been left behind during move-out but aren't labeled, please alert your supervisor or (name of event AE or donation program lead).
