Freeman is committed to a goal of zero waste. Waste can be anything - resources, energy, time, and money - and there are steps that you can take to help this event reduce waste and be more sustainable.

• One of Freeman's sustainability goals for this event is reducing the amount of graphics materials that we use.

• Handle all paper-based graphics with care. Prevent them from getting wet, and protect the corners during installation.

• Report any damaged or missing graphics to your supervisor as soon as possible to avoid the need for last minute printing and rush shipping.

• If you are switching out signs or have any extra graphics, return them to the sign shop / boneyard here on-site.

• If there are any changes that need to be made to line drawings or installation instructions / work tickets, be sure to notify your supervisor so they can have them updated for future events.
