Graphics (move-out)

Opener

Freeman is committed to a goal of zero waste. Waste can be anything - resources, energy, time, and money - and there are steps that you can take to help this event reduce waste and be more sustainable.

Key points

  • All booth ID signs and other paper-based signs (honeycomb, Freeman paperboard, and paper aisle signs) are recyclable and should be separated from other trash.

  • Window and floor clings and fabric panels are not recyclable, and will contaminate the recycling stream if mixed in with paper graphics. Be sure to separate clings and fabric panels from recyclable graphics when discarding.

  • Remove all vinyl banners with care. Banners not being used for the show next year may be repurposed, but they cannot be cut or damaged.

  • With graphics being stored for next year, report damage to your supervisor before repacking.

Wrap up

We are constantly innovating to increase the environmental friendliness of the events we work on, and incorporating these best practices in our standard operating procedures to enhance sustainability at every event.
